Development continues to focus on end operator led, or pre sold opportunities. This ranges from hotel sites in central London to smaller, regional pre-let retail units. Scale, lot size and geography varies with no suitable opportunity dismissed.

Pre agreement to lease with operators, pre sales for residential, developement appraisals and sensitivity analysis tend to be formulated in house. This allows us to analyse any deal in a discreet manor without alerting local agents or our competitors.

We seek to achieve a higher than average return to our equity investors for their involvement through an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to achieving added value whilst increasing security in their investment through a pre-defined exit strategy.
