What we do

Urban Pulse started life as a 'brokerage'. The majority of the business was involved in assisting Irish based high net worth individuals and companies to create investment and development opportunities on the UK mainland.

Deals were, and still tend to be, heavily 'covenant' or 'exit' led.

Subsequent to this, and due to our ability to create opportunities away from the glare of the general market, the company would be asked to take an ongoing role as part of the developer / investor entity.

Urban Pulse continues to employ third party equity into deals across the UK and Ireland. Deal structuring tends to be on a joint venture or profit share basis. With access to such private equity we also provide solutions for others who require assistance with their own investments or land in order to add value or achieve necessary consents in the absence of a liquid senior debt market.

The company remains niche and operates below the radar, choosing not to bring attention to the deals past or present. We take a back seat to the funds employed whilst managing the process from start to finish for this equity.
