Complete or near complete resi sites. Preferably housing but will look at apartment or mixed sites.

Vacant office in prime locations

Investments

Investments in strong locations with long leases and competitive yields (any sector)

Investments with 2 – 5 years income and with redevelopment potential (any sector)

Asset management opportunities with strong current yield

Existing residential new build or established portfolios. (30% + from valuation as of today)

Land

Options on speculative land for all use potentials
