In a number of limited cases we will seek to utilise our access to cash funding in order to benefit a third party developer, investor or land owner. Urban Pulse would assume the role of joint venture partner with this compay or individual on pre-agreed performance based terms.
Such instances tend to occur due to a developers exposure elsewhere or the removal of bank finance. It can however also occur in cases whereby the developer or landowner seeks the intervention of an entity who can bring a strong development team to the table and fund the project to a predetermined exit position.
Such joint venture funding is a partnership and not a bridging loan agreement. All partners must perform within the deal in order to profit from it.
