• Central Edinburgh development sites for residential and hotel use.
• Central London commercial with short term lease profile.
• Subject to planning retail sites UK and Ireland.
• London: Off plan or existing residential stock in Zone 1 & 2. (Bulk, no single units)
• UK: Sale and leaseback opportunities.
• UK: Heavily discounted (min. 35%) residential stock. Single units or portfolios.
• Republic of Ireland: Distressed loan books and Dublin assets (General)
