Urban Pulse will entertain investment oppotunities on behalf of our funders. These are detailed within 'Our Requirements',.

Investment locations will be UK or Ireland wide. They may be distressed, benefitting from the possibility of a reversionary lease term or Urban Pulse may be able to add value to the asset. This may be formulated through the implementation of an agreement to lease from an operator on all or part of the property / portfolio. The property should then achieve a 'preferred' internal yield versus the general market valuation.

It may also take the form of an investment property with short term potential to redevelop.
